Product Manager (KSA & UAE)

About the jobs

We are expanding our product team and looking for two dedicated Product Managers to take ownership of our key regional markets.

1. Product Manager - KSA: You will be responsible for driving the product vision and execution specifically for the Saudi market, ensuring compliance with SAMA regulations and catering to local merchant needs (e.g., Mada integration).

2. Product Manager - UAE: You will lead the product strategy for the UAE market, focusing on the specific regulatory framework (CBUAE) and user behaviors unique to the Emirates.

As a Product Manager for your respective market, you will:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our fintech payment products in your specific market (KSA or UAE).

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.

Product Development:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on local customer feedback, market needs, and business goals.

User Experience:

• Ensure an excellent user experience by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the product development process.

• Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide product design and development.

• Advocate for the user experience while balancing technical feasibility and business requirements.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure that payment products comply with relevant regulatory requirements (SAMA for KSA role; CBUAE for UAE role) and industry standards.

• Work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and implement necessary safeguards.

• Prioritize security features to protect user data and ensure transaction integrity.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

• Use data analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.

• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product innovation.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

• Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

• Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

What we’d like

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.

• Deep understanding of the specific market you are applying for (KSA or UAE), including local payment schemes and regulations.

• Deep knowledge of payment systems: terminals, payment links, card networks, digital wallets, payout flows, merchant onboarding, compliance, multi-currency, issuing cards, cross-border payments, payout pipelines.

• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Figma, MixPanel, Jira, Trello, etc) and data analytics platforms.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strategic thinker with a focus on results and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a high-growth startup or at an established fintech firm.

• Experience with API-first payment infrastructure, integrations, webhooks, and SDKs enabling merchants to integrate payments into their websites or apps.

• Experience working with a remote, globally-distributed, multicultural team.

• Arabic language skills are a plus.
