We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Ops Team. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, data-driven, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate should not just be adept at sourcing and interviewing candidates, but they should also understand Nomod's culture, values, and long-term goals.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

• Be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talents to support Nomod's growth and strategic objectives.

• Leverage your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting plans, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes to identify and engage qualified candidates.

• Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, experience and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational values.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other evaluation activities to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring process.

• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles, probe for relevant experience, skills, competencies, and cultural fit, and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

• Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, such as direct sourcing, networking, and passive candidate outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

• Work with an agile, globally distributed team and be able to harness constructive feedback.

You do not need to be intimately familiar with any of the technologies that we work with. Great people are effective at quickly learning what we use or introduce us to new ways of working.

Having said that, we think a Talent Acquisition Specialist should:

• Be educated to at least degree level or equivalent.

• Have proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a technology company, startup, or fast-paced environment.

• Have exceptional written and verbal skills in English.

• Passion for talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR, with a genuine interest in understanding candidate motivations, career aspirations, and organizational fit.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent assessment methods.

• Enjoy building relationships with people, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• Have lots of energy, be proactive, think fast, and revel in sourcing and hiring exceptional talents.

• Be creative, innovative, data driven, and have the ability to take on lots of responsibility, while orchestrating multiple deadlines and pushing for outcomes.

• Have the ability to thrive in a fully remote, distributed organisation.

Nice to haves
