About the job
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the growth of our high-performing, fully remote team. This role is crucial for our rapid scaling, and you will be responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles. Depending on our immediate hiring needs and your background, your focus will be specialized into one of two critical areas: Technical Roles (Engineering, Product, Support) or Non-Technical Roles (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Operations), with a strategic emphasis on emerging markets like MENA.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage and drive the entire recruitment process from initial consultation and sourcing through to offer negotiation and closing.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to find top-tier, passive talent in highly competitive markets.
Hiring Partner: Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, defining requirements, designing effective interview processes, and providing data-driven market insights (e.g., salary benchmarks, talent availability).
Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience, regardless of the outcome.
Process Excellence: Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and drive continuous improvement in our hiring metrics and processes.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Technical Recruiter.
Preferred experience in a startup or fintech environment.
Ability to confidently source and screen for technical roles globally and demonstrated success in acquiring non-technical talent within the KSA and UAE markets, with an understanding of local talent pools like Business Development and Sales.
Proficiency with an ATS and advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly proactive, data-driven, and comfortable managing high-volume, diverse roles in a fully distributed organization.
Nice to Have
Experience hiring for B2B fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups
Fluency in Arabic or another language relevant to our global markets.
Experience working with a remote, global, multicultural team.
