About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Talent Partner to drive our strategic expansion by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for our most critical roles. This position requires a specialized "dual-threat" recruiter capable of navigating two distinct talent pools: Technical Professionals (Engineering, Product, Technical Support) and key Non-Technical/Commercial Roles (B2B Sales, Marketing, Operations). You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing top-tier talent, with a core mandate to understand and dominate the high-growth Dubai/UAE talent market.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio, including Engineers, Sales Executives, and Operations specialists: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and facilitating successful onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to define success profiles and competencies for both complex technical roles and high-performing commercial positions.

Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Building

  • Build strong, active pipelines for key roles in the Dubai/UAE region, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and networking events.

  • Specifically target and source candidates for technical roles involving Python, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, and commercial roles focused on B2B sales success.

  • Map the competitive Dubai/UAE talent market to identify both active and passive candidates across specialized tech and non-tech functions.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Evaluate candidates on technical aptitude (for relevant roles), commercial success metrics (quota attainment, negotiation ability), and cultural fit.

  • Conduct structured behavioral and competency-based interviews, technical screening calls, and reference checks.

  • Guide hiring managers through calibration meetings to ensure consistent and high-quality assessment across all disciplines.

Market Knowledge & Strategy

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Dubai’s talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity for both the B2B commercial sector and the local tech ecosystem.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on effective recruitment strategies for scaling in the UAE.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a professional, seamless, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire process.

  • Act as a compelling brand ambassador, representing the company to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and source-of-hire data within the ATS.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labour laws and internal recruitment standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5-10 years of recruitment experience, focused on full-cycle hiring for both technical (e.g., Engineering, Product) and commercial (e.g., B2B Sales) roles.

  • Mandatory Focus: Proven expertise and a strong track record of successfully recruiting professionals within the Dubai/UAE market.

  • Dual Acumen: Strong knowledge of technical screening fundamentals (for roles involving APIs, SaaS, or high-growth tech stacks) AND expertise in B2B sales market success drivers, KPIs, and compensation models.

  • Excellent sourcing skills, proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, and talent mapping.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a significant advantage.

  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience hiring for high-growth fintech, SaaS, or startup companies.

  • Familiarity with scaling sales and engineering teams simultaneously in competitive environments.

  • Experience with advanced technical screening processes or tools.

  • Active participation in local Dubai/UAE tech and commercial networking communities.
