Tax Specialist (Arabic)
We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Specialist with fluency in Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone professional with a solid foundation in tax law, accounting, or compliance, who can seamlessly support their client with their tax obligations while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The candidate needs to be meticulous, ethical, and committed to protecting client confidentiality, with a proactive approach to preventing non-compliance.
As a Tax Specialist you will:
Client Tax Support and Compliance
Provide tailored assistance to the company regarding their tax obligations.
Interpret and apply relevant tax legislation to company cases, providing precise guidance to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Advise the company on documentation and procedures required to meet tax obligations, assisting them in timely and accurate tax submissions.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, safeguarding all information obtained while performing tax-related duties.
Ensure that sensitive company data is protected in line with legal standards, demonstrating respect for company privacy and regulatory requirements.
Implement best practices for data management and confidentiality, preventing any unauthorized disclosure of information.
Ethical Conduct and Legal Integrity
Refuse to participate in any work or strategies that may violate tax laws or compromise the integrity of the tax system.
Advise the company ethically, refraining from engagement in any tax planning activities that could lead to non-compliance or the perception of impropriety.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear guidance on lawful tax practices while maintaining a strong commitment to ethical standards.

Having said that, we think a Tax Specialist should:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tax, accounting, or law from a recognised institution. A professional tax certification from an internationally recognised body is required if the Bachelor’s degree is in another field.
Minimum of three years of recent experience in tax, accounting, or legal practice, with proven expertise in tax advisory and compliance.
Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Be lots of fun to work with!
Additional certifications in tax compliance, audit, or advisory.
Experience working with diverse clients across various sectors.
Familiarity with working in a distributed or remote team environment, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
