We are looking for a UX/UI Writer to join our Product Team. As a Content Writer, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling and user-friendly content for our suite of SaaS platforms. From mobile apps to web apps and websites, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and values while delivering valuable information to our users. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the content strategy of our products and drive engagement through impactful storytelling.

As a UX/UI Writer you'll be responsible for:

Content Creation and Updates: Write clear, concise, and engaging content for various SaaS platforms, including mobile apps, web apps, and websites. Continuously update and refresh content to reflect product updates, new features, and enhancements.
Content Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive content management strategy to ensure consistency and coherence in our communication across all SaaS platforms. Establish content guidelines, standards, and best practices to maintain brand voice and identity.
Content Consistency: Ensure content consistency and alignment across all platforms, including tone of voice, terminology, and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content accurately reflects product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Guides and Help Center: Write content for user guides, tutorials, and the help center to support user onboarding and ongoing engagement. Create informative and easy-to-understand materials that address common user questions and issues.
User Education: Develop educational content to help users understand product features, functionality, and best practices. Provide clear instructions and explanations to enhance user experience and promote product adoption.
SEO Optimization: Collaborate with marketing and SEO teams to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility. Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content to drive traffic and improve search rankings.

What we’d like

Having said that, we think a UX/UI Writer should:

Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably in the fintech industry or SaaS environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of the English language and a keen eye for detail.
Experience managing content across multiple SaaS platforms, including mobile apps, web apps, and websites.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search engines.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and collaboration tools.

Nice to haves

Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools to measure content effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Certification or coursework in content marketing, technical writing, or related fields.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools for creating visual content.
